Hi Franz,
I would like to put in a good word for my Tour guide (Jackie) in Cambodia. If I return to Cambodia I would ask to have him be my tour guide again.

Just a note to say we arived back home today in Hawaii, USA. WOW, what a great trip, we booked 9 days in the North of Thailand with you. We had the best time, great personal service and our guide Wison and the driver were EXCELLENT!!! Thank you so much for making this the best trip of our lives.

Hello from home again,
Indeed, we had a wonderful trip in your beautiful country, we certainly will recommend your travel outfit as we have been very pleased with your provided service, everything went well and without incidence.Our guide on the last 2 days named ART or Kanes Kaengsakul was most informative...even could speak some German to our friends who had limited english speaking....the places we stopped for lunch were perfect with excellent food and great taste.
The people of Thailand are most gracious and eager to help us if needed.
Again, many thanks for all, we sincerely appreciate it all.

A very fun trip. We enjoyed ourselves very much at River Kwai. Our guide, Art was very punctual. The driver was also very polite. He always ready to open the door for us whenever we reach a certain destination. Our group is very pleased with your company's services.

A group of photographers from Pakistan visited Thailand and the tour was handled by A&F Tour Travel. The arrangements were superb, hotels were very nice and the transport was comfortable. Our tour consultant, Mr Jiro, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would certainly recommend A&F Tour Travel to all my friends. Thank you Jiro and all our friends at A&F

Thank you for the arrangement of our Cambodia trip. We enjoyed it very much. My friend especially liked the hotel at Siem Reap which is nice and reasonable.
We had a problme to clear WL before hand but got cleared as a standby passenger.
Now I am in KUL and will fly to SIN/JKT

Dear Franz,
We have now returned from our southeast Asia journey. The three day package to Cambodia that you arranged was excellent!! The guide and driver were very good, the accommodations were fine, the choices for restaurants was good and we enjoyed the entire experience.
We have three suggestions for you for future visitors. 1) Advance notice that two additional passport photos are required. 2) A full, clear page in the passport is required for the Cambodian visa. 3) The airport departure fees required in Bangkok and Siem Reap and in what currency.
There was a problem with our return stay in Bangkok at the Montien Hotel---they had the wrong dates. It was eventually taken care of but we found them to be somewhat uncooperative.
Thank you for your fine service. We will reccommend you to our friends visiting in the area.

We enjoyed the private tour we had to Ayuthaya and River Kwai. We were glad that the guide did not bring us to shops and pressured to buy things as is common in a number of tours we have done. The only dissatisfaction we had was to being brought to the pier take the cruise too early. We had to wait around doing nothing for more than one and a half hour waiting for others to arrive. This time could have been spent seeing other places or spending more time at each place earlier.
Jiro was great, very helpful and accomodating. We would use this agency again in future tours to Thailand !
